Changing providers is simple and only takes two quick phone calls:
- Upon reaching the end of your current contract, call to notify your current provider that you wish to terminate your service.
- Call your new provider and let them know from which date you’d like them to take over your account and
Internet services.

If your new provider doesn’t specify otherwise, future agreements will be month-to-month once your initial
contract expires. It is recommended to change providers with your billing cycle in mind to minimize overlapping costs.
All billing related to your Internet service is handled by your Internet Service Provider.
