The WiFi router establishes wireless connections between your personal devices and Open Infra’s fiber optic infrastructure.
It is your Internet Service Provider who owns any WiFi router we install in your home, if applicable, which means they are responsible for its maintenance and performance during the term of your service contract. If their complimentary router fails to meet your expectations or needs, you can choose to purchase your own equipment and maintain it independently.
Please note all service providers do not offer a WiFi Router.
